Shipping Costs:
Shipping cost per Item is $ 8.95. Each additional item shipped on the same order is $ 3.00 per item
Minimum Customization Costs:
** Reflexite reflective per panel with lettering only = $ 5.00 per vest.
** Multi-Colored Company Logos, one time film charge = $ 65.00 for a two year period.
** Print and assembly of company logo onto a Reflexite reflective patch = $10.00 per vest.
** Artwork requires a good copy of the original. See-Bak,Inc. will adjust the size to suit.
** Additional cost may be incurred if the artwork needs cleaning or corrections.

Use PayPal on the Product Ordering Form for MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards
Vital Information for all card payments must include:
Card Number, Exact Name as shown on the Credit Card, Expiration Date, CSC Code (on back of card) and Zip Code This input must be exactly as shown on the credit card
