Customization -- Pricing -- Information:

The prices shown in the See-Bak Product Line Menus are direct sales to the consumer. The basic order form must be filled out and will be automatically placed with See-Bak when "Submit" is entered. The following programs will lead you through the process of submitting an order.

Customization costs for special lettering, company's logos, etc. have a one-time charge of approximately $65.00 per silk screen, per color. Set-up and run cost are $45.00 per color. Art work requires a good copy of the original. See-Bak will adjust the size to suit. A cost may be incurred if the art work needs cleaning or corrections.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping cost is $ 7.00 for the first item . Each additional item on the same order form will cost $ 3.00 per item. Orders over four items will be charged $7.00 plus UPS rates.

Preferred Methods of Payment:

MasterCard, Visa, Personal Checks and Money Orders

Requirements for card payments: Card Number -- Expiration Date -- Zip Code
Out of Country (USA) Sales: Card Number -- Expiration Date -- No Zip Code Required
Personal checks: This type of payment requires a special form be filled out and mailed to See-bak, Inc., P.O. Box 128, New Britain, CT 06050.
Money Orders: Money Orders are to be mailed directly to See-Bak, Inc.. The basic order form must be filled out and either e-mail to See-Bak or included with your money

All payments are to be in U.S. Dollars
Charges are made against Credit Card accounts, checks cashed, on product shipping date.
