Breath Kleener
FaceMask

Introduction: The FaceMask's thermal exchange design captures heat and moisture from every breath exhaled and converts this energy to warmth, while humidifying the next incoming breath. These thermal exchange features help to preserve the body temperature that is important to the body's respiratory system which includes the ears.

The facemask’s basic concept is to incorporate an air chamber between two layers of breathable fabrics that covers the mouth and nose. A separator and a fleece baffle is located between the inner and outer layers that creates that air chamber. The fleece baffle is extended below the nostrils and deflects the incoming cold air from directly entering the nostrils. As the user exhales the air is forced to pass through the inner layer of the mask, passes through the air chamber, and escapes out the outer layer of the mask. Immediately after exhaling, the user inhales new air through the outer layer, the air deflects against the fleece baffle entering the air chamber below the baffle. In freezing temperatures, the warm moist air in exhaling causes the out layer of the mask to frost up. The colder the temperature the greater the frost-up thus helping to restrict the amount of cold air inhaled. The additional air needed to breath is warm humidified air that comes from under the mask.

The mask is held in place with a soft elastic band and worn around the neck below the chin. To use the mask, simply pull up the mask over the mouth and nose.

Cold air breathing: The mask can be use independently or as an accessory to a specially designed hood that fits over the head and around the neck areas only. The mask can be worn under or over the hood. When removed, it is easily stored in a pocket located on the side of the hood.

Mask as a health supportive item: To help control the spreading of germs, etc. from common colds or other infective diseases. The mask is worn around the neck below the chin. Simply pull up the mask over the mouth and nose when needed.

Mask as a filtering agent for impurities such as plant pollen, dust etc. Simply pull up the mask over the mouth and nose when needed. The air passing through the inner and outer layers of the facemask is also a filtering process.

FaceMask Care:---Sterilizing the Mask: Place the facemask into a microwave oven and operate for two minutes at a medium heat. Cleaning the Mask: ---The facemask is washable in soap and water
